Dear Sir/Madam,

Following our review of your climate-related financial risk submission, run on the common supervisory method and parameter set, we note the following:

  1. [Action required] (Evidence gating (Para 33(c))) Unverified adaptation pipeline: the bank has declared resilience measures that are not yet evidence-accepted. Crediting them would cut High+ from 17% to 5% (-12pp); the filed figure correctly withholds that credit. Require site/as-built evidence before it counts.

Recommended adaptation measures (by the hazard driving each High+ asset):
  - Improved drainage + raised plinth (elevation) - 4 asset(s), ~GHS 2,755,000 exposure (driver: Flood).
  - Watercourse setback + drainage / elevation - 2 asset(s), ~GHS 2,042,000 exposure (driver: Riparian proximity).
  - Cool or green roof - 2 asset(s), ~GHS 1,392,000 exposure (driver: Extreme heat).
  - On-site water retention / storage - 2 asset(s), ~GHS 976,000 exposure (driver: Drought / water stress).

Required actions:
  - Provide, within 30 days, the drivers of the above and your board-approved mitigation plan with timelines.
  - Where the submission relies on self-reported adaptation, submit site-inspection / as-built evidence before the risk reduction is recognised in your return.
  - Reflect the above in your next ICAAP and semi-annual return.
