Following our review of your climate-related financial risk submission, run on the common supervisory method and parameter set, we note the following:

  1. [For attention] (Para 48(l)) 23% of exposure is at High+ risk - above the illustrative watch level (20%, supervisor-set, not a Directive ceiling).
  2. [For attention] (Para 43(g)) High+ exposure is concentrated in Upper East (57% of the bank's High+ exposure) - a correlated single-event vulnerability.

Recommended adaptation measures (by the hazard driving each High+ asset):
  - On-site water retention / storage - 12 asset(s), ~GHS 5,465,000 exposure (driver: Drought / water stress).
  - Watercourse setback + drainage / elevation - 3 asset(s), ~GHS 1,829,000 exposure (driver: Riparian proximity).
  - Cool or green roof - 2 asset(s), ~GHS 841,000 exposure (driver: Extreme heat).
  - Improved drainage + raised plinth (elevation) - 1 asset(s), ~GHS 176,000 exposure (driver: Flood).

No supervisory action is required this period. Please maintain monitoring and disclosure in line with the Directive.
